Update: 24s denied the reply on trustpilot. I chatted with an agent called kathy today and she told me they cannot locate the message I received from 24s. Big liar!!!
Update: 24s promised to provide a solution by last Friday, but I received nothing from them since then. I emailed several times but still no response.
....
It is already nearly one month since I placed the order online, but I haven't received the package yet. It was a birthday gift for my mom worth nearly $4000 that meant to surprise her two weeks ago... The package showed delivered but I never received it and never signed anything. 24s holds my money and refuses to reship the products. Such a terrible experience. It ruined my mother's big day and left me no time to find a replacement. Really frustrated.
When the package was shipped, I received a message showing the package will be delivered on Monday and require my signature, so I was staying at home the whole day expecting it but didn't receive anything from 24s...Totally unbelievable.
It is been almost one month, and still no updates. I need my money back ASAP if you cannot resend the package to me.
Due to covid 19, I shopped online all the time and received dozens of packages each week all good and sound. Never had such bad experiences.
Shouldn't trust 24s in the first place. Such a huge time and money wasting.

24S.com has a fantastic selection on so many High-end brands. The service is excellent - very fast delivery and free Return. 23S.com is trustfull and prof.

Fast delivery

Love 24S

Love 24S.
However some brands aren't available to online customers. Also my recent purchase (May 2021) was delivered by Chronopost which took much longer and tracking was poor.

Great shopping experience - great packaging!

I had the best experience shopping at 24S recently. They ship from France to the UK and yet the shipping was ultra quick, the range on their website is great and comms are efficient. I would particularly like to call out the packaging experience which was very luxe and delightful..

Wonderful experience

This is my second order with 24s. I was nervous at first, but they are backed by American Express, so I felt safe ordering. The packaging is top notch and shipping is very quick. I have my eye on a Dior bag now and feel very confident with the company!

Amazing first time experience ordering…

Amazing first time experience ordering from 24S. Email communication on the status and delivery of my order was timely and excellent. The package box/presentation was beyond my expectation. Beautiful packaging and expert care taken by 24S to pack and secure the item I purchased. Very happy and will be buying from again.

Not refunding 1700eur

On oct 18 I ordered few pairs of Balenciaga shoes. I didn't like the shoes, therefore I decided to return them. The order number is :#YMV4DD3. I had sent it in 2 different packages. Now here is where the extremely poor customer service begins. Basically they have received the return on the 27th Nov. Some pairs of the package were refunded, the others not. So it is 31 January, and I am still waiting on the refund of two pairs of Balenciaga shoes, that were delivered with them. I called them up to see what is going to be done, they told me that I had to fill in a statement and send it to them. So I did. Then they requested ID scan. I told them that I can't send ID scan to non-governmental company. They said it is alright, so few days after I receive an email saying that they will really need ID proof. I was told that I would get an email from 24s. I am still waiting on the refund and the email. This is extremely poor customer service and I am being forced to take this to the police to resolve it.
